Doyle really understood what we were looking for and the area where we wanted to live. He found the perfect house for us fairly quickly. Doyle is also very personable and enjoyable to be around. He is pretty laid back when you are interacting with him, but gets very serious when it's time to put in an offer. He really fought for us when our loan was delayed. Doyle was a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Doyle was such a blessing to work with. He did everything in his power to keep the home buying process as stress-free as possible. He is not only fun, friendly, and hilarious, he's also knowledgeable, savvy, and experienced. We were able to trust him to guide us and work diligently behind the scenes for us. We were able to close on our first home during the first weeks of the pandemic shut down with ZERO delays thanks to Doyle's attention to detail and skilled time management. He's an excellent negotiator and can write a competitive offer in his sleep. He made the entire process as relaxed and well-paced as possible and we felt attended to the entire time. We felt like we were a real priority to Doyle and he was always available for a reassuring phone call or quick question over text. We could not have been luckier to find Doyle when we did.

Doyle is the absolute best. We had been looking at houses on our own, without an agent, and we found most of the agents we met abrasive and off-putting. We met Doyle at an open house and were amazed and how personable, caring, and upfront he is. We were very happy to work with him, and he ultimately not only helped us find our house and deal with some negotiating difficulties but also recommended the absolute best (and most cost-effective) contractors to help us fix our sewer lateral and our roof. I can't recommend him highly enough.
